normal style='text-indent:20.6pt;line-height:150%'>1.1本招标项目蜀道项目东侧道路工程、蜀道项目南侧道路工程、索溪西路 项目、简州 E 南侧配套道路项目勘察设计 / 标段已由成都东部新区战略研究局以川投资备【2301-510186-04-01-771534】第FGQB-0011号,川投资备【2301-510186-04-01-199475】第FGQB-0013号,川投资备【2301-510186-04-01-734442】第FGQB-0014号,川投资备【2301-510186-04-01-509418】第FGQB-0012号批准建设，项目业主为成都市简州新城投资集团 ，建设资金来自国家投资-非政府投资，项目出资比例为100%， 项目已具备招标条件，现进行公开招标。

normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>2.2 项目规模：蜀道项目东侧道路工程：长约 1280 米，宽 30 米，包含道路、管线、景观等市政工程；蜀道项目南侧道路工程：长约 1015 米，宽 25 米，包含道路、管线、景观等市政工程；索溪西路项目：长 1640 米，宽 40 米，包含道路、管线、景观等市政工程；简州 E 南侧配套道路项目：长 510 米，宽 30 米，包括道路、管线、景观等市政工程。

normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>勘察工作内容：包括但不限于初勘、详勘及施工阶段的补充勘察、岩土工程设计（含基坑支护、边坡支护及降排水设计(如需要)、地基处理方案设计等专项设计并通过专家审查）、测量（含土石比报告）、管线探测以及后续服务等勘察工作。

normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>设计工作内容：包括方案设计、初步设计（含设计概算编制）、施工图设计、BIM及后期服务等设计工作。各设计阶段设计成果深度必须满足国家建设部现行《市政公用工程设计文件编制深度的规定》的有关要求，并确保通过相关部门的方案审查、初步设计审查、施工图审查等，上述范围均含二次深化设计内容，所有深化设计必须满足施工及使用功能要求。

normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.2须具有国家建设行政主管部门颁发的市政行业（道路工程）专业甲级及以上设计资质、市政行业（排水工程）专业甲级及以上设计资质、工程勘察专业类（岩土工程）甲级及以上工程勘察资质、工程勘察专业类（工程测量）乙级及以上工程勘察资质；

normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.3信誉要求：不存在投标人须知第1.4.3项规定的限制投标的情形；

normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.4企业注册地不在四川省行政区域内的省外企业须提供在有效期内的四川省住房和城乡建设厅官网已公开的入川信息网页截图（如投标人为联合体，则联合体所有成员均应具有）；

normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.5所有投标人应具有针对本标段的《成都市建设领域市场主体信用记录（评价）网络登记表》（如投标人为联合体，则联合体所有成员均应具有）。

normal style='text-indent:23.25pt;line-height:150%'>联合体投标的，应满足下列要求：本项目接受具有国家建设行政主管部门颁发的市政行业（道路工程）专业甲级及以上设计资质的单位作为联合体牵头人。联合体成员（含联合体牵头人）家数须不超过4家。联合体各方须签订联合体投标协议书，明确联合体牵头人和各方权利义务。联合体中各方不得再以自己名义单独或参加其他联合体在同一合同段中投标。

normal style='text-indent:23.25pt;line-height:150%'>3.4入围条件：开标当日，勘察、市政公用工程设计投标人开标当日在“成都市建筑市场信用信息管理系统”中被列入市场禁入名单的（联合体投标的，组成联合体的各投标人任意一家被列入市场禁入名单的），在交易云平台勾选主体信用评价的专业类别与其投标使用的资质类别不一致的，一律不能成为合格投标人。
