normal style='text-indent:20.6pt;line-height:150%'>1.1本招标项目蓉欧智能制造产业园L区改造项目设计-施工总承包/标段已由青白江区行政审批和营商环境建设局以川投资备【2301-510113-04-01-829465】第FGQB-0008号批准建设，项目业主为成都青白江蓉欧园区运营管理 ，建设资金来自国家投资-非政府投资，项目出资比例为100%， 项目已具备招标条件，现进行公开招标。

normal style='text-indent:20.6pt;line-height:150%'>1.2本招标项目由青白江区行政审批和营商环境建设局核准（招标事项核准文号为川投资备【2301-510113-04-01-829465】第FGQB-0008号）的招标组织形式为委托招标。招标人选择的招标代理机构是四川龙尚 。

normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>2.2建设规模及内容：蓉欧智能制造产业园L区一层至屋顶部分结构拆除加固、新建等改造工程。

normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>设计-施工总承包工作，本项目的施工图设计及施工直至工程竣工验收合格并完成项目整体移交，项目缺陷责任期内的缺陷修复和质量保修期内的质量保修工作等全过程的工作。

normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>设计范围：全部设计工作。包含但不限于方案设计、施工图设计、专项方案设计、专业性深化设计、专项施工措施设计等内容及后续相关服务(施工图审查回复、现场设计服务、设计技术交底、设计变更、中间验收、竣工验收等)工作。包含但不限于为完成本项目建设的所有设计工作(除招标人注明未包含的设计内容外)。

normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>施工范围：承包本合同项目采购、施工直至竣工验收合格、综合验收及整体移交，缺陷责任期内的缺陷修复、保修工作。本工程采用包工、包料、包工期、包验收移交、包竣工资料收集整理、包安全和包质量的设计-施工总承包方式，包括但不限于除供水、供气、供电工程外的三通一平、主体结构工程、强弱电工程、绿化工程、总平施工、装修工程、设施设备采购等，以及为满足工程施工所需完成的场地准备、临时设施设备等相关工作，包括但不限于临时道路工程、临时用水、临时用电、临时排水排污等工作，以及为确保安全文明施工的各项保障措施、工作等。

normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.4企业注册地不在四川省行政区域内的省外设计施工企业须提供在有效期内的四川省住房和城乡建设厅官网已公开的入川信息网页截图（如投标人为联合体，则联合体所有成员均应具有）。

normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.5所有投标人应具有针对本标段的《成都市建设领域市场主体信用记录（评价）网络登记表》（如投标人为联合体，则联合体所有成员均应具有）、施工单位投标人应具有针对本标段的《成都市建设领域从业人员信用记录（评价）网络登记表》 。

normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.6拟派往本项目的项目经理为须为本单位人员（若为联合体投标，须为联合体牵头人人员）业绩要求：/；

拟派往本项目的项目经理可以由施工负责人兼任

（1）   设计资质

（2）   施工资质

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>类似工程业绩是指:2020年01月01日以来，已完成或正在施工或新承接的单项合同金额500万元及以上的房屋建筑工程施工业绩(若为联合体投标的，由施工单位提供)；

normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>3.2本次招标接受联合体投标。

normal style='margin-left:21.0pt;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height: 150%'>联合体投标的，联合体牵头人应为施工单位，应满足下列要求：须具有具有有效的国家建设行政主管部门颁发的建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质的单位作为联合体牵头人。联合体成员（含联合体牵头人）家数须不超过2家。

normal style='margin-left:21.0pt;text-indent:15.75pt;line-height: 150%'>联合体需符合有关联合体投标的规定和要求，并提交了联合体协议，明确联合体牵头人和各方权利义务。

normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>3.3 各投标人均可就上述1个标段投标，可中标的标段数量为1个。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.4入围条件：房建施工投标人开标当日在“成都市建筑市场信用信息管理系统”中被列入市场禁入名单的（联合体投标的，组成联合体各投标人任意一家被列入市场禁入名单的），在交易云平台勾选主体信用评价的专业类别与其投标使用的资质类别不一致的，一律不能成为合格投标人。

normal style='text-indent:23.25pt;line-height:150%'>3.5入围条件：开标当日，建筑工程设计投标人开标当日在“成都市建筑市场信用信息管理系统”中被列入市场禁入名单的（联合体投标的，组成联合体的各投标人任意一家被列入市场禁入名单的），在交易云平台勾选主体信用评价的专业类别与其投标使用的资质类别不一致的，一律不能成为合格投标人。
