2、具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度：提供财务状况报告材料；提供2021年的会计师事务所出具的审计报告。
3、具有履行合同所必需的运营和专业技术能力：提供具备履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力的证明材料（可提供：供应商针对本项目拟投入人力物力配置情况等证明材料）；
4、有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录：
（1）由投标人当地社保中心提供近3个月有效的社保缴纳凭证及复印件加盖投标人公章；要求缴费凭证及缴税凭证清晰可见，若相关凭据模糊不清则视为未提供相关缴费、缴税依据。
（2）提供近3个月有效的由投标人当地税务机关或当地银行出具的完税证明或缴税凭证（含零申报相关记录）。要求缴费凭证及缴税凭证清晰可见，若相关凭据模糊不清则视为未提供相关缴费、缴税依据。
